On August 9th, SAM CS announced its acquisition of The Whiddon Group, LLC. The Isaak Advisory Group, LLC (IAG) initiated the transaction and provided advisory services to The Whiddon Group.
The Whiddon Group
TWG is an Austin based utility service provider that has completed projects all over Texas. The firm is known for its ability to work successfully within various project delivery methods including traditional design bid build and design build. Additionally, TWG has worked on both the public and private sides of projects.
SAM
Founded in 1994, SAM has grown to become the nation’s largest geospatial and construction services firm. SAM has the specialized expertise and scale to handle projects from coast to coast with unparalleled speed and responsiveness.
Key Drivers of the Deal
