Mark Isaak spent 33 years as a consultant engineer in the transportation segment of the AEC industry. For the last 20 years, Mark has been focused on growing business units through the development of growth strategies and the actions required to effectively implement those strategies.
Prior to founding the Isaak Advisory Group, Mr. Isaak was responsible for developing and implementing his previous firm’s entry into the Texas market. He was directly involved in the identification, acquisition and integration of a Texas firm while executing complementary strategic hires organically. Mark had a 27-year career at PBS&J/Atkins that culminated in serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for the national transportation group company.
He has facilitated numerous strategic planning efforts in business units ranging in size from $1M to $250M in annual revenues. To address the challenge of implementing a strategic plan into actionable items, Mark developed the Strategic Alignment & Revenue Tracking (StART) system. As a practicing operational manager, Mark has used the StART System to produce revenue growth that aligns with strategic goals.
Mark received a BS in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas and Florida.
