Director of Industry Outreach
Lisa Davis has over 30 years of experience in the AEC industry with a focus on business management, operations and project administration. She has been involved in virtually all operations of a corporation, ranging from helping create the first General Engineering Contract (GEC) with FDOT to serving as a Vice President of business and operations of an international subsidiary.
As part of a Strategic Plan focused on providing excellent service and value to clients, Lisa was appointed to Manager of Corporate Operations Support, reporting directly to the COO. In this role, she served as the day-to-day liaison between the administrative and technical services, understanding the increasing demands strategic goals place on a firm’s business units, systems, and most importantly, their people.
Lisa has served on several boards and corporate committees, sharing her expertise and helping fine-tune policies, procedures and approaches to ensure seamless integrations, roll-outs, communication and training so that the daily operations are meeting the needs of the technical services. Her 10+ years supporting all phases of design bid-build, design-build and P3 projects, along with her exceptional problem solving and team building skills, give her the ability to lead and contribute to the success of any company.
She served as the Sustainability Manager on The New Terminal One Project at the John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport and continues her Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) accreditation today, applying ground-breaking sustainable concepts to her everyday thought process.
Lisa received her BA in International Studies from the University of South Florida in 1994.
